Britney Spears Shops and Eats with Paparazzi Boytoy

Update: Brit arrived to court hours late only to drive off again (TMZ)

Britney Spears, wearing no bra and apparently no underwear, with her paparazzi companion Adnan Ghalib. The pair headed to the Rite Aid store in West Hollywood, Ca before leaving to grab some lunch in North Hollywood, Ca at the Gaucho Grill. Brit ad Adnan also went to Macy's to buy a new top. Spears shouted at paps in a fake English accent as Ghalib was stressed out when a pap got his camera too close to his face.

Supposedly she's paying him to clean her house, drive her around, and run some errands.

Britney could be banned from seeing her sons until April today.

The 'Gimme More' singer is due in court for the first custody hearing since
she was stripped of her visitations rights to Sean Preston, two and
16-month-old Jayden James after refusing to hand them back to ex-husband
Kevin Federline two weeks ago. (She's already missed the morning session and probably won't show - TMZ)

Kevin's lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan reportedly plans to ask Commissioner
Scott M. Gordon, who is overseeing the custody battle, to prevent Britney
having any access to her children until April.

Kaplan said: "Britney will have the opportunity to persuade the court that
she can have some visitation under monitored conditions.

"The emergency court orders granting sole physical and legal custody to my
client are only temporary.

"These are very, very draconian orders. Because of that the court wanted to
have a hearing to give her and her attorneys the opportunity to refute some
of the declarations."

Kevin was granted full custody of the boys in October when Britney, 26,
failed to attend a court-ordered drugs test.

Until last Friday, Britney had three supervised visits with her
sons, including one overnight stay, a week.

Her visitation rights were removed in an emergency court hearing after she
was hospitalized for a psychiatric evaluation following a three-hour
stand-off with police at her Beverly Hills home when she refused to hand her
kids back to Kevin.

The police and emergency service personnel involved in the altercation are
due to give evidence in court.

Britney left Los Angeles' Cedars-Sinai Medical Center a day after being
admitted.

Meanwhile Britney Spears has allegedly threatened to commit suicide if she is forced into psychiatric care.

The troubled singer - who lost all visitation rights to her two young sons last week after she was hospitalized following a stand-off with police when she refused to hand them back to ex-husband Kevin Federline -insists she would rather than die than be put into hospital by her parents, Jamie and Lynne.

During a car ride round Los Angeles, where she was pursued by the paparazzi, she reportedly shrieked down the phone to a friend: "They're not sending me to the nut house! No one can make me go - and I'm not going.

"I'll kill myself before I let them lock me up again. So tell Mama and Daddy I said so. Oh my God, it's over for me."

A friend of Britney also spoke of her fears the singer may kill herself if she is barred from seeing her boys, Sean Preston, two, and 16-month-old Jayden James.

The pal told Britain's Daily Mirror newspaper: "The kids are her life. She told me she has no reason to live if she can't see them. So yes, I'm afraid, very afraid."

After being discharged from Los Angeles Cedars-Sinai hospital last weekend, where she refused psychiatric treatment, Britney flew to Mexico with alleged lover Adnan Ghalib.

Staff at the Rosarito Beach Hotel said Britney appeared to be "high" and was singing her hit song 'Toxic' to herself in an empty bar.

Reception manager Gustavo Lopez said: "One of our waitresses spotted Britney singing to herself.

"She heard her mumbling the words to 'Toxic' in a very low voice. It was a strange thing to do and my waitress said she looked out of it."
