Lindsay Lohan has fallen off the wagon yet again, it has been claimed.

The 'Mean Girls' star - who spent two months in rehab last year for alcohol
addiction - was seen drinking vodka at New York hotspot The Box on Friday
night (01/25/08) as she partied with shipping heir Stavros Niarchos, DJ
Samantha Ronson and 'The Hills' star Brody Jenner.

A fellow clubber told the New York Post newspaper: "Lindsay took a swig of
vodka from a bottle of Grey Goose. She was trying to keep a low profile and
covering her face."

The 21-year-old actress was said to be all over 24-year-old reality TV star
Brody at the club, but then moved on to the 1 Oak club with Paris Hilton's
ex Stavros.

A witness there said: "Lindsay wasn't drinking."

Lindsay's representative refused to comment. She last fell off the wagon on
New Year's Eve when she was seen gulping champagne from the bottle at a
party.

Meanwhile, Lindsay has been spotted getting cuddly with 24-year-old Brody
Jenner, star of US reality TV show 'The Hills'.

Brody and Lohan were seen out at New York's Beatrice Inn on Friday (01/25/08)
before moving on to The Box nightclub where they partied until 3:30am.

A fellow clubber said: "They were all over each other."

A source close to Lindsay said: "She likes him. It's early, but they are
more than friends. He seems to like her back. They're actually sweet
together, it would be nice if she kept him around."

Meanwhile, Lindsay is said to have 'split' from her 'sober buddy' Courtenay
Semel.

Courtenay accompanied the 'I Know Who Killed Me' actress everywhere and
slept in an adjoining room when she stayed in hotels, to help encourage
Lindsay to avoid alcohol.

But Courtenay, Yahoo! chairman Terry Semel's daughter, is said to have cut
all ties with Lindsay as she was jealous of the time she spent with her
other friends.

A source said: "I think it was a jealously issue. Every time Lindsay had a
girlfriend around the house, Courtenay started acting all weird. She'd go up
to her bedroom and start texting Lindsay - even though they were in the same
house! It was like Courtenay wanted Lindsay all to herself."

Lindsay is now reportedly planning to employ a female model named Alex as
her 'sober buddy'.

The source added to America's Star magazine: "Alex has a boyfriend who
really likes to drink. This could lead to trouble."

Lindsay visits Harry Cipriani in New York City. She left the restaurant to have a cigarette in her SUV and also changed hairstyles in the middle of dinner.

Michael Lohan - himself a former addict who is now involved with youth
ministry Teen Challenges - is determined to get even with a man who used to
supply 21-year-old Lindsay with cocaine and who is now offering his story to
the highest bidder.

Michael said: "God is going to get even with this guy. He's destroyed a lot
of lives.

"I've been looking for the people who've been selling my daughter and these
other kids the drugs. And come hell or high water, one day I'm going to find
these guys and I'm going to expose them."

Lindsay was arrested twice last year on driving under the influence (DUI)
charges and pleaded guilty in August to misdemeanor DUI and cocaine
possession.

She was sentenced to serve 24 hours in jail and was placed on probation for
three years. She was also ordered to complete an 18-month alcohol education
program and perform 10 days of community service.

Lindsay fulfilled two days of community service at a Los Angeles American
Red Cross blood services facility in November, and will do two more days
working in a mortuary.

After serving just 84 minutes in jail, she was released early due to
overcrowding and spent two months in rehab at Utah's Cirque Lodge last year.
