Michael Jackson paid a nurse $20,000 to be the surrogate mother of his youngest child Prince Michael II, according to a new report.

The King Of Pop hand-picked Mexican nurse Helena to have his child, now nicknamed Blanket, after reviewing several profiles presented to him as possible surrogates, reports Britain's Daily Mirror.
