TMZ has confirmed that Mischa Barton has been arrested for DUI, possession of illegal narcotics and driving without a valid license.

The former "O.C." star was pulled over early this morning around 3:00 AM as she was driving in West Hollywood, Calif., and is still in custody, being held on $10,000 bail. The Inmate Info doc called her "Mischa Burton."

The arrest was first reported by Hollyscoop.com.

In May Mischa had to go to the hospital for mixing alcohol with her meds (crazy shrooms), and she loves smoking pot.
