I got a bit confused when I saw that Basso & Brooke was on the Berlin Fashion Week SS09 schedule which has just finished today.  But then I found out the Basso & Brooke show was actually a retrospective of the past four years worth of B&B prints, all jam packed into one show.  One Basso & Brooke show in itself is a riot of print and pretty packed but ramming four years in Basso & Brooke terms gets you something quite amazing...

It isn't directional in the way that you might want to wear the combinations as shown below but it is a brilliant way of showcasing what Basso & Brooke design exceedingly well which is their prints.  I'm now wondering how other designers would fare if they packed eight seasons of stuff into one show.

As opposed to wearing the stuff though, I'm instantly getting a hankering to ask B&B if they'd possibly like to design some printed madness for all of my soft furnishings as I'm in an interiors frame of mind what with my moving soon.   I'd like a Basso & Brooke room if possible... (as you can see, I'm also in moving la-la land imagining luxuries such as having superfluous spare rooms in my imaginary apartment...).
