Jamie Lynn Spears has given birth to a girl named Maddie Briann.

Jamie Lynn has entered Mississippi Southwest Regional Medical Center in McComb, Ms at 4 a.m. today and delivered via C-section at approximately 8:30 a.m. (CST) The baby weighed 6 pounds, 10 ounces. The father is Casey Aldridge.
NATIONAL ENQUIRER:

She had a C- section because an ultrasound picture showed the baby was in the breech position.
