If there was a daily blog dedicated to Brightest Young Things' DIY posts, I'm sure a lot of you would get clickety click happy.  Actually, just any fashion DIY specific blog would be mucho appreciated.  Alas, time is of the essence and there just isn't enough of the precious elixir that is time.  Hence, why my stack of projects are building up into a tidy physical pile and moleskin list.  Brightest Young Things may be a DC-specific lifestyle site but its style section packs quite a punch with the $40 outfit challenge and DIY posts being my personal faves.  The attractive thing about their DIY posts is that you don't need to spend a great deal to yield great results.  In fact, there's tongue in cheek element that sends up the absurdity of the original items in question.
