Mischa Barton wants to play Supergirl so she can wear a "skin-tight leotard".

The actress, who is one of the favorites to be cast as the sexy superhero
in the new comic movie, admits she would jump at the chance to squeeze into
the character's famous outfit.

She said: "I'd love to wear the skin-tight leotard - it would be pretty
awesome. But everybody in Hollywood goes up for these films. I haven't been
offered anything yet."

Mischa, 22, also insists she doesn't regret taking on the role of Marissa
Cooper in hit US TV show 'The O.C.', because it helped her hone her acting
skills.

She added: "Marissa was a multitude of people, and that opened me up as an
actor - even though it was hard for me at the time to handle that character.
But it worked in the end because I got to do so many emotionally gutsy
things.

"They originally wanted to play Marissa as a Valley girl - a dumb blonde

Mischa Barton was so comfortable with director Richard Attenborough she let
him shoot her butt.

The former 'O.C' star, who agreed to go topless in last year's 'Closing The
Ring', was happy to go a little further on Attenborough's relaxed movie set.

She said: "You do see me topless in that film. I would never do full body
but I did let Richard Attenborough get a brief behind shot as well."

Mischa, 22, insists she is happy to show off her body on the big screen if
the role requires it.

Mischa - who showed off her enviable figure in 2006 comedy 'The Oh In Ohio'
- said: "I take it project by project. In that film it was really necessary.
You don't see full boobs or anything. I was wearing underwear. I don't mind
nudity. I just don't do it that often."

A West Hollywood police source tells TMZ that when she was arrested, Mischa Barton blew a .12 on her breathalyzer test, smoked marijuana that day (which cops found) and had prescription drugs in her possession - that weren't hers!
