Forgetting to turn things inside out...

It's a little bit scary when I come across a label and then don't freaking remember that I actually wrote about it.  Yes, the blog is THAT old that posts circa 2006 are slowly being erased from my memory.  However, it is good to know that SINCE I wrote about Inside Out, a British design duo who use trompe d'oeil effects to superimpose garment textures, detailing and features onto jersey, have gone on to gaining two good online stockists in the form of Aloha Rag and Creatures of Comfort.

Insideoutall

It was quite literally a duh-brain moment as I surfed Creatures of Comfort and said 'Oooh...that lace camisole printed t-shirt is really cool....' and then Googline 'Inside Out' only to find my own post staring back at me.... doh doh doh!  Anyway, there's not too much more information online other than they're clearly active and stocking these e-boutiques with trompe d'oeil t-shirts, vests and dresses with Fair Isle, sequins, lace slip/camisoles and leather jacket prints.  I basically want them all in my bid to accumulate as many trompe d'oeil pieces as possible and also because these look like the relaxed-but-cool tops that would be needed to balance out REAL Fair Isle-ed/sequinned/lacey/leathered skirts or trousers I'm wearing dwonstairs...
