It was Saturday night, before a club appearance, that I spoke exclusively to one of Lindsay Lohan's former classmates and family friends at NBC Studios in NYC. She opened up about Lindsay's recent Thanksgiving in NYC, where both of their families got together.

JJ: Is Linds still with Samantha Ronson?

Friend: Yes. She loves that woman, Riley was simply a cover up post rehab. She lives with one of Sam's best friends and finds women a lot easier to be in a relationship with.

JJ: I have heard from friend in Lohan's circle in LA that she is still doing drugs and drinking as did post rehab...

Friend: She did some cocaine while in NYC and drank at the Thanksgiving get together with my sister, but I don't think she does them as much. We were all really shocked at how bad she looked, from the Lindsay we all once knew.

JJ: Is she really broke?
Friend: Broke by Hollywood standards. Having once made millions to only get a couple million a year doesn't pay all your accumulated bills when you have such debt.
