Former rap star Vanilla Ice, real name Robert Van Winkle, was arrested tonight at his home after an alleged altercation with his wife.

Ice was booked by Palm Beach County Sheriff's deputies at 10:43 PM ET on a charge of domestic battery. Sources tell TMZ he got into an argument with his wife, Laura, and he pushed her.

He is still in custody.

Back in 2001 Vanilla Ice was arrested for another altercation with his wife. He allegedly put his hand over his wife's mouth and pulled some of her hair out during an argument. The two were driving down the highway when his wife tried to jump out of the vehicle and Ice pulled her hair in an effort to prevent her from jumping. He was sentenced to probation for two years and ordered to attend family counseling.
