Jessica Simpson and Tony Romo will marry, says Tony's close friend.

'The Dukes of Hazzard' star - who has been dating American football star
Tony since last November - is planning to tie the knot again, according to
Tony's close friend Michael Starr.

Michael told Us Weekly magazine: "I think they are going to get married."

Tony's ex-girlfriend, 'One Tree Hill' star Sophia Bush, also revealed she
thinks the singer is perfectly suited to the Dallas Cowboys quarterback.

She said: "I think they could go the distance. They're perfect for each
other. They're both funny and wonderful and kind. I'm really rooting for
them."

Meanwhile, Jessica's ex-husband Nick Lachey - who is reportedly planning to
propose to his MTV presenter girlfriend Vanessa Minnillo - has also given
the 27-year-old singer his blessing.

He said: "I wish her nothing but happiness. If she has found that then good
for her."

However, a friend of the singer says the marriage rumors are an elaborate
stunt constructed by Jessica to promote her upcoming country music album.

The pal told America's OK! magazine: "I think it's a press stunt. She always
leaks information about her faux love life when she's desperate to get her
face on magazine covers!"

It's amazing it's lasted this long.
